At this time we are shipping out orders Monday-Friday in the order that it’s received. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays of your items due to the Covid-19 impact. Please check with your local post office and tracking information we provide. We do no reissue orders until the post office has been contact and claim has been filed. In special cases an order will be reissued a month from the order was received by the post office, not the date the label was created. The 1850 House Museum Store is not responsible for items damaged, lost, or stolen. We do offer shipping insurance for $5.95 Purchase Shipping Insurance Here , those who purchase that will be issued a new item.
If you'd like to reship your items using priority shipping there will be a charge of $10.95 invoiced to you.
