Shipping: 

At this time we are shipping out orders Monday-Friday in the order that it’s received. 

Please check with your local post office and tracking information we provide. We do no reissue orders until the post office has been contact and claim has been filed.

In special cases an order will be reissued a month from the order was received by the post office, not the date the label was created. 

The 1850 House Museum Store is not responsible for items damaged, lost, or stolen. We do offer shipping insurance for $5.95 Purchase Shipping Insurance Here , those who purchase that will be issued a new item.

If you'd like to reship your items using priority shipping there will be a charge of $10.95 invoiced to you. 

At this time we have suspended our international shipping due to expected delays and surcharges. 

We process and ship items Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

Hurricane Season June 1st - November 1st may delay any shipping. Please check email for updates or contact us directly by email, telephone, or the quickest response time will be the "Chat" button to the bottom right of your screen. 

    Local Pickups: 

    Orders are usually ready within 24 hours of purchase except for orders placed Saturday and Sunday, those will be available on Monday for pickup. Please wait for the “pick up” email to be sent before coming to the store. Local pick up are offered daily from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. to pick up your order.
